Data Is Never Perfect

I see so many posts warning, "Bad Data = Bad AI," but while accurate data is crucial for everything from basic analytics to advanced AI, let’s not overreact to imperfections. Over twenty years in marketing analytics and data science have taught me one truth: perfect data is a myth.

Data is inherently complex and messy, which this is why data scientists are in demand. We spend countless hours preparing data because it's never perfect. If it were, our roles would be drastically different.

Instead of fixating on data flaws, why not leverage what we have? The challenge lies in finding the right balance between perfectionism and pragmatism. And that’s where real breakthroughs happen!
